As an Educator, I am deeply passionate about seeing children succeed. I have built my life and career around working with children. This journey began during my teen years at church as a camp counselor. I later became a community tutor for 4th grade students. After completing two degrees, I then became a science teacher.
My passion for working with youth carried over to coaching as well, where I served a football coach and wrestling coach. I later moved into school administration as an assistant principal at Whites Creek High School. After 4 years there, I then moved over to Maplewood High School under the leadership and direction of Dr. Julie B. Williams. I am also actively involved at church as a youth minister and with the outreach ministry.
