The Computer Learning Center is a fun place for students to learn. Classes usually sit in the classroom area and get instruction and guidance about that day's lesson. It is a great idea for those wanting to learn, to take notes, so when students are sent to their assigned, computer work station, they will know their task for the day. Students must learn how to integrate computer technology into other academic areas, as mandated by Metro Nashville Public Schools. We provide the opportunity for our students to learn all those computer skills in the CLC.
Mr. Stauder has been teaching computer classes for over ten years. Students learn many skills in this class that help them do work in all their other classes at Apollo Middle School. We attempt to have the CLC open after school, one time a week so students can do assignments. Special arrangements can be made with Mr. Stauder for special project work times.
Mr. Stauder is a career educator. He has taught elementary and middle school students, and adults.
During his thirty-six year teaching experience, he has also taught photography, GED and various adult classes. He is an alumnus of Indiana State University. God called him to teach and he joyfully serves the creator and all the students at Apollo!
